Emilie Steckenborn has lived in Shanghai, China for over seven years and is Head of Education for Asia & MEA at Treasury Wine Estates.
Her passion for wine, food, beer and cocktails are brought to life through Bottled in China podcast and blog.
A foodie herself, Emilie has cultivated her palate through gaining Diploma from WSET, Certified Sommelier from CMS and HEG from Cordon Bleu to name the list. She has worked with numerous brands and hotel groups to develop and train their front line staff across China and she is China Eastern Airlines Official Wine Consultant.
Rebecca Travis is a full-time freelance inkslinger, mother, and ice cream lover.
A native of North Carolina, USA, Rebecca found her passion for writing and poetry at a young age.
What began as a release from her love of opera became her permanent career path, and now she enjoys the art of enabling people to say what they wish with a product she helps them construct through writing.
When she is not indulging in her passion of helping others, she can be found with her nose stuck in a book.
