How it all got started…

After living in China for over seven years I decided it was time to share the stories and adventures of passionate individuals who are shaking things up in Asia. If you ever come to Shanghai you’ll agree, that there’s something brewing in the air, a certain sense of entrepreneurship in the F&B scene. Many people have compared this to the wild west, where you can make your ideas come to life if you have enough passion, grit and perseverance. Through the clutter, and mostly scary stories of food in China, I wanted the rest of the world to hear what’s really going on in Asia, so in 2016 I started Bottled in China Podcast. In September 2018, we were rated #2 top podcast in “Arts” and charted #8 in overall podcasts for iTunes USA. Thank you to everyone who has listened throughout the years and mostly, thank you to over 20,000 downloads!
